  10. They sure are-and no sign of an interest rate hike in the near future.Good news for those who have mortgages.I can remember when rates went up to about 15%,just as we were completing purchase on our family home,gulp.
    I am lucky in that I have just got a couple of the 'Pensioner Bonds'.:upyeah:

  14. Yes you are lucky. I am just too young to be eligible to get the Pensioner Bonds. But also just too old to get the higher rate pension which starts next year. Isn't that always the way.

  17. Been to JLR Gaydon for two meetings and back to York so lots of driving. Just made my top shock mount for the KR - garage was surprisingly welcoming tonight, didn't even have to put the halogens on! :) Having Coffee and Flap Jack now.
