Try Martin here Burgstube Nürburg - Hotel and Track Car Rental at the Nürburgring - +49 170 8080256 It's a 'step up' from Sliders which is great but basic where as Martins (ex RAF I believe like Bren) place is a lot more comfortable. OK I'll put a caveat on this I haven't used Sliders for a few years so it may have changed. The up side of Sliders is you get a great ride to and from the Ring with a couple of places to stop for scran as Bren is limited on the catering side of things although Doogalman will correct me if this has changed. Burgstube is in the village and there's three or four places to eat within a slightly up hill walk should you feel like a change from the food which is very good indeed.
Right here goes, Martin is not ex-RAF, he is ex-highways agency where he worked in IT. I know this as me and my wife did all his food cooking for the last two seasons working in the kitchens at weekends, however we have given our notice in and are no longer doing the kitchen. However my wife will be doing food at Brens as and when there is a group that want real comfort food. As said Brens isn't the most luxurious of places but it is not a hotel it is a b&b. The Fuchrohr in Welcherath is also very well recommended about 2 miles from the track
