Saturday is the last day that third year warranties can be purchased. I have just been told by Snells that Ducati are pulling them because they are not allowed to sell them any more as they are an insurance-based product. Just bought mine. Phew!
It's only a problem if you were thinking about buying a third year's warranty but were putting it off. Buy before Saturday or you won't be able to if that's the case.

Ok. Apparently they are not licensed to - probably under EU directive or rules - and have been sued for thousands! I just happened to phone Snell's - from whom I didn't buy the bike - about the warranty but they and other dealers have emailed their customers to tell them.
