  2. Not a problem Nog, unless your workshop is on a nice hot beach with copious rum on tap then it wouldn't happen anyway!!

  9. The secret of me being 7 stone was 10 tangerines a day or similar ,

    Dinner a small bowl of noodles
    desert a custard cream biccy

    20 fags and a constant percolator of black coffee.
    Oh sometimes a bowl of smash.

    I quit smoking and started eating went to the gym 5 times a week and did 2 aqua classes.
    I also had a nasty episode of blood pressure that nearly finished me off one day.

    Weight piled on and on even when I was working out!!!

    I tried to get healthy!!!! And now well I'm fat!
    After years at gym I've quit , I have little time to go now

  10. Al neither Dave Ross was sadly mugged in Colchester and lost sight .
    I believe his wife now tattoos.

    Nobody in Ipswich .... It's full of tattoo shops some are ok.
    Some dire!!!!!
    its taken me years to realise you get what you pay for and I spent a year and a half researching.
    I kept seeing work by Leigh Oldcorn I liked.
    Turned out he's only in Colchester!
    So I go to Leigh now who is covering and reworking my old stuff.

    I like Leigh and his work , he's no nonsence

  16. I know about weight loss, more than most but not as much as some. But wouldnt ever presume to know it all. I'll leave that to others with more forthright opinions of themselves which can be forced on others as fact.

As someone who is having weight issues connected with the HRT I have to take, this thread wasn't started for anyone to 'have a go' at anyone else :-( I really don't like what has happened to my body over the last few months but there is nothing I can do about it. But the only person whos opinion I value is that of the wonderful man I'm married to and who still loves me no matter what :) thank you Archer !!! XxX
