3 Bikes Only 1 Outcome

  1. Yes all Kriega, its awesome stuff and the only thing I use as it's so strong and has the 10yr guarantee. I put the tie on straps through the passenger seat holes and around the aftermarket tail tidy so it was a bit heath robinson and damaged the tail inside plastics a little but they were cheap enough to replace. Kriega have released a proper kit for the Panigale now I believe. The bags were not quite so ridiculously big as some of the pictures make it look. It's the same set of bags on the cornering photo (B500 in Baden Baden, Germany, amaaaaazing road!).

  2. Which combination of kriega is it , just looked on the website and can't seem to find a specific set for the panigale , but it looks great on the 1199s , that should be enough room for a good european jaunt . Did you not look at the ventura luggage as an option :upyeah:

  3. I think just to add to this thread that ducati's now from a reliability point of view are no different to any other big name bike.....had my hyper for over 18 months now, starts on the button, done a few oil changes, blinged it up a bit...all good. Year or so down the line itll go in for clearances and belts to be done...

  4. Actually just to reinforce that....my mates, mate bought a Panigale at the start of last year (ive never met him) and has used it non stop - it went into riders for a service and they couldn't believe the milage it had done being a nearly new bike (something 35k) - they've never serviced one that high (their words "these are playthings - no one really uses them as day to day bikes!). I think its been round Europe twice and to a number of motogp's as well....

  5. Cheers, i'm after a reliable but special bike as it will need to get me abroad and a few trackdays as well as all the other stuff , but its likely to be my last sportsbike so thinking of going all in :) i shall also be looking to keep it ,so when i move to something more comfortable i will still have a classic sportsbike in the man cave :D

  6. 848 corse se and a £4k blade.

  7. Not discounted the 1199 but after reading all the problems that owners are having i'm not overly keen , 899 seems more reliable , don't tell me its part of owning a ducati :( when spending my hard earn't money i want something thats going to last :upyeah: Never had any issues with the jap bikes i have owned new and old :upyeah: still will see if the 1299is a little more reliable;)
