  2. having a good day (touch wood) the works rolling in. been a bit quiet this month and the jobs i did have where not playing the game. :upyeah::smile:

  3. Lousy start to the day - a lot of hip pain plus all the tell-tale signs of a sinus infection. Both symptoms fell to the righteous wrath of my serious painkiller meds :D

Also today I again pondered an issue I have - it's a friend whom I helped out of a horrible situation a while ago (financial and domestic). There was a slight falling out subsequently and no talking for many months. Just before Christmas, they were in touch again to say sorry, they had over-reacted, etc. Then I start to hear about the financial mess they are in.

Wow, when you write it all down, it looks exactly like you think it looks :(

  5. I've been snowboarding again :), but I packed in at 3pm cos my legs were sore from yesterday.

I've since had a couple of drinks and all is right with the world.

It's been dumping now since about 2pm so tomorrow should be awesome with fantastic conditions and powder everywhere :upyeah:

  10. Today I've -
Ignored the crappy road conditions and actually ridden my bike. The temptation was too much! It wasn't raining, the sky was blue (ish), that was enough for me! Two fuel stops later, I'm happy! The forecast for tomorrow isn't too promising though... image.jpg

  12. Get that cleaned off or corrosion will start and bloody soon, my paint started to peel after just one weekend with damp roads.

  13. Well I had a nice drive up to Manchester, over 2hrs to go from junction 7 M25 to jct 16 M40 turn off sheesh but on the upside going to pop into Ducati Manchester tomorrow for a browse

  14. Dropped off the new track fairing for my gixxer 600 at the paint shop...simple gloss black scheme then throw on sponsor logos etc

  15. me neither. Also, i have no nephew.

i already have tickets for edgbaston. I appear to have a code/priority access to ticket sale for the test in Cardiff, ahead of the general sale on wednesday - you want to risk a journey to wales? (it rains). you're welcome to the details if you want to take advantage on that.

  16. just gonna watch Rochdale beat Stoke City in the FA Cup (11/2) - the malt will help me lose gracefully if necessary

  17. Ooo! I might be up for that!
    Let me have a ponder!

  18. He's been washed as soon as I returned. I'm thinking the weather forecast for tomorrow isn't too bad after all, I may get out and about again. Maybe a trip to the mid Wales coast would be in order - I'm even having totally stupid ideas about using the 1198 for my 'commute' tomorrow evening. It's 170 miles from the Shropshire / Powys border to Cumbria though, so I suspect it'll be the trusty zzr that gets the job.
