  4. what make are the rearsets and where did you get that. they look great but i cant make out what the logo says

  6. They are Lightech rear sets,i just did not like the black against the silver frame so i got the frame anodised to match.

Cant take it with you,tbh most of the parts were second hand sourced over the year, the only big outlay were the wheels but i sold my standard rims for a good price.

  7. have u changed the top yoke?to black

  8. Those wheels are the dogs dangly bits. :upyeah:

  9. Thats tasty:upyeah:

  10. Yes top yoke and bars.On a side note how do you guys get on with the throttle on your 1199s,i have had a quick action throttle conversion done and tbh its the best thing on bike.

  11. It's a Doosy , Like it mate very smart , those standard forks like ?

  12. looks good , I find my throttle in race mode is the best , and most direct, nice and light, had a q/a throttle years ago on a race r6, highsided 3 x in 5 weeks so b carefull, lol

  13. I found the standard throttle a little sloppy and quite a long twist to max, remember its a 899 so not alot of midrange,it needs to be a 9k+ to get the feking thing going.

yes, standard Showa bpf , no complaints.

  14. No plans to swap it for a 1199 then?

  15. I always thought that the satin carbon lacked some character, but I'm afraid to admit that I am so wrong, that swinging arm looks stunning, as does the whole bike, beauty!:upyeah:

  16. They are all anodised satin black, did not go powder coat as is to thick and may cause clearance issues,i had to have a few new seals/o rings fitted as they get damaged when removing the footrest hangers, the new seals are only £6 ish , i believe the major problem with anodising is that the parts are already anodised silver and this has to be removed completely or the silver will bleed through, leaving a milky finish. Just a little tip,if you are going to powder coat the bars you will notice on the throttle bar there is a hole and a centre punch mark, powder coat may well fill up the punched dot,i was told it is vital, something to to with the ride by wire throttle.
