Very true, I own the fireblade and wendy wanted my name on the Ducati logbook. As I have a trade background doing up the house is all down to me so frantically trying to get all the jobs done before it warms up
Welcome, that is some partner you have! I bought myself an old 911 for my 40th, spent a fortune in time and money on it and finally saw the light got shut and bought a Ducati! Admittedly the 620 wasn't up to much but it was a start
I test rode a 600s ducati back in 2003ish the power wasn't much but I loved every 60 minutes of the ride. The only reason I never brought her was the seat, it was like a short scaffold board. During the week i'd stand on them and then maybe have my lunch sitting on them bit no way was I going to be put through that pain 7 days a week . A work colleague showed me photos of his 911 restoration it was amazing but sold a bit too early as a year or two on the value shot up.
