Hello From Shropshire (originally From Yorkshire)

  1. Joined less than a week ago and found this place full of good info and really decent genuine folk. Already purchased a few items from members, including the bike Ive been dreaming of for a few years (SF848), and few extra bits of other members.

    Anyone from the shropshire area ?

    - there's a huge Jehova's Witness Assembly Hall near Telford, and I reckon that must be where they get put together

    To answer El Toro's question - left home pretty young at 16 as I joined the Army, went back to good old Yorkshire for 18months after doing 7 years service. Then landed a job based in Shrewsbury but was mostly working away in Russia and Kazakhstan for 6/7 years.
    Now have a less hectic job mostly working from home.
    Only recently got back into biking after a long break - had a ZX6R back when I was 23. Recently got and Enduro (KTM 530 exc) , but have been planning the purchase of my SF848 since they came out in 2012.

    Just finished fitting the Oxford heated grips, no excuse for getting out in the cold.

  20. Nice choice of bike mate, welcome to the forum, have you bought end cans for it yet, if not have a look at a web site called BR tuning they do arrows and others damn site cheaper than Termi's :)
