Maybe I should listen more to her later stuff, but to be honest, I never thought she did anything as good as The Kick Inside. To think that she was 18 or 19 or something... it beggars belief. I also saw the tour - the first one.
i would like to disagree on the basis that i cant stand those angry faced twats.. (the gallaghers that is) but i cant as everything ive heard of that album so far has been good
But the best and most complete album? Let me know if it really is that good. I might even listen to it.
Well, I'm not one of those who saw Hendrix on the Best Concert thread... I'm probably about the same age as Kate Bush.
i feel another thread coming on. what was the first and best gig you ever went to? i know its confusing .. i like conflict... anyway dont answer here lest we upset nutty
anyhu most complete album award goes to..... drum roll please.... rancid and out come the wolves. anyone who either hasn't heard it or just plain disagrees can fuck em selves.. kate bush was a close second with milly vanilly coming in third.. job done....
Rage against the machine's first album..... Dr Dre, The Chronic..... Mike Cooper, Trout Steel.... FJ McMahon, Spirit ofthe Golden Juice..... High Contrast, tough guys don't dance.... Clapton Unplugged.... Buena Vista Social Club..... Roderigo y Gabriella...
you may or may not be missing the point here. i agree with rage and maybe dre.. but Clapton as much as i like him it would take a compilation of his songs to be up there and greatest hits dont count...anyhu rancid has won
