Breaking 94 600ss

  1. Hi all in breaking my 600ss, I don't have the time to fix it and need to space. I'm happy to sell as a complete piece if interested.

    Let me know what you need. I'll be placing on ebay shortly as breaking also.

  2. I always think its a shame when bikes are broken up, Im a sad romantic though.
    But I suppose its a fact that most bikes are worth more in parts than as a whole.

  3. Im still tempted to fix it, I love her so much and she has a good story behind her.

    Unfortunately my knowledge and time hold me back.

    It's not a big fix it just need a control and big end shells.

    Any helpers with where to go?

  5. If you do break it there bits I would be interested in, throttle cables and gear leaver might be some other bits too.

  6. If the Clutch Slave cylinder is the same as the 900 id be interested in that, also if the Clutch push rod and Pressure plate with bearing are the same (which I suspect they are) id have those aswell :upyeah:

  7. Not the same, unless by some miracle he has a dry clutch....600 / 750 engines might appear to look the same as your 900 but some areas are actually very much different.

  9. There is a lucky few of us that have dry 750's, but other would say we're not so lucky!!
