Lol all I wanted to do was see if any one was intrested before I list it on eBay as I thaught I would get more genuine people on a proper ducati forum for ducati owners/likers....but it just seems that all people do is moan and slag things of possibly because they Carn't afford what they like ! I want 4 k for the bike and if it's what your after its worth it !! The photos don't do the bike justice......
A dealer wouldn't think twice about putting that up for 4k, can think of a couple right now - just convince any potential buyers you are a dealer just for this sale.
summer's coming - bound to go. I was at one of the above mentioned Ducati specialists about 3 years ago with someone I had just met at Box Hill. I didn't even know he was serious about buying a 748 until he told me he'd just done a deal 5 mins earlier for around 5.5K.. lucky he didn't tell me as I would only have talked him out of it. I have seen him 3 or 4 times since then and he's still as happy as Larry as the dealer has fixed anything that's gone wrong (not much from memory) within warranty. Verdict : - for a stress-free 'rider only' chap who didn't want to get his hands dirty, I now realise he made the right decision to buy it. Will you be including any warranty within that price out of interest?
Loon guys have a look on eBay the weekend if intrested all history and all information on the bike will be on the description thank you
not interested in a purchase Jon as have too many already but would be good to know what's on offer - any warranty then?
let me re-word it then Jon - 99% of the people reading through this thread won't be buying your 748 but for the 1% - can they get a warranty with that? also, best add an EBay link - you never know your luck.
