  1. Is the high setting close to the current seat height do you know?

  2. The high setting is 845mm, 5mm lower than the current bike, and adjusts down to 825mm which will suit me perfectly :)

    • Thanks Thanks x 1
  3. 5mm doesn't sound like too much of a difference to be honest but a test ride will confirm whether there's any issues.

  4. I ordered my 2015 Multi with Touring and Urban pack. I said to the dealer, that I want to have my bags red instead of promo picture grays. I said that I would rather wait till I get red bags and he told that red bike has red bags. I hope he did not promise to much.
P.s First bikes should be in Finland in the end of March or early April.

  5. Excel bikes didn't have colour matched panniers

  6. I didn't bother upgrading my 2011 Multi as the Sky hook model was not a big enough step forward. The new bike lives or dies by the engine. Does it pull from top about 3000 revs in top gear without hesitation?
Are any parts interchangeable with previous models, the electric filler cap for instance and Terminal exhaust.
As others have stated I would hope the new dash is water proof.
A functioning rear brake that doesn't require frequent bleeding would also be nice.

  7. Hi Andy - Why no Quickshifter??? The BMW S1000XR will have one - may swing the decision for me...

  8. Only one colour available-Silver

  9. What were they thinking, doesn't really go with either a Red bike or a White bike Grrrrrrrrrr

More expense for a trip down to the paint shop for matching the panniers.

  10. You were right guys. Only silver panniers coming. I would prefer red ones. They are ok with white bike but with red you have to get used to them.

  11. That is so crap :( I would go as far to say they might even lose orders over it :(

  12. I duno why, I think the colour coded panniers make them look cheap. I was relived when I bought my bike and found out that the panniers for the S GT were all black.
Each to there own I suppose.

  13. jcmental I could cope with Black, but silver on even a white bike not too sure, still until you see them I guess will not really know. hope to god that I can use my Ducati top box if I buy a 15 MS

  14. I like it. Sets a good contrast rather than too much red.

  15. Looks ok to me.

  16. I agree. Looks tasteful and picks up the accents from the bike nicely.

  17. The silver pannier and top box panels also look good on the white version.

From what I understand, the Touring Pack can be ordered for factory fitting - long live the 1200S Touring model :)

  18. HMmm at least there are other parts of silver splashed around the bike.

  19. I like em too!

  20. I think this picture shows the idea behind the silver choice a bit better:

When I read that the red bike wouldn't be getting matching panniers I thought WTF? but, the more I look at the red/silver combination, I've got to admit it's growing on me.
