Yes. Yes, I did. Not only that, I became pregnant and teen-aged at the same time. They owe me a house and a whole stack of cash now!
Monday a surgeon stuck a knife in my back a kept a large slice of me. Internal and external embroidery. Thursday I spent several hours having not 1 but 2 MRI scans on different bits of my spine to determine the damage caused by white van man rear ending me on a motorway, totalling my 1 month old car. He must have been texting! He came so far. This happened a couple of years ago and I'm losing the ability to turn my head. You know what I'm thinking, what if I can't do the lifesaver? Sheeeeit! Wednesday, Wednesday was goood! Wednesday all of a sudden a deal happened that I've been waiting on for ages. Happy days. It was out of the blue and seemed so easy. Unbelievable. Today? Today was good and sunny and brilliantly blue skied but I'm only disappointed because I couldn't ride my bike. The week after next they take some more bits out of me. It's a bit like going to the bank. In the mean time, when the sun shines, I'm going to ride my bike. You should ride yours.
didnt no weather to like that or not... i like the good bits and the advice but am sorry bout the bad bits.. seems like ya still got ya humor so thats all good!
I've had an easy day. I've driven from where I was staying in Cartersville to Atlanta so I can be near the airport for tomorrow. Tomorrow I'm off to JFK then to upstate New York. It's -10C there today apparently.
Thanks Chiz, proper roller coaster week. Makes it interesting. I missed out 2 bits. Tuesday I got a stye in my eye. Still got it. 1 day this week I booked up to go to the Spanish motoGP in Jerez with one of my brothers? Weirdly enough I can't remember which day but the Gp is May 3rd. I'll be there. It's not all bad.
Just book my tickets for my next road trip Mugello GP, going to drive down in the van :Cigar: They are doing a discount for women until 12am tonight a good saving.
Re covered the Ducati seat last night, will grab some pics soon. Must say it was a very awkward shape to cover, due to the lower parts at the front.
You using leathercloth I guess? If awkward compound curves in seat (e.g. '95 SS) I often stretch them best I can and tack then re-do once or twice after a few months to allow material to stretch (and to save my neck!)
