so what if it was? Blaming the victim isn't really helpful. You could equally say that anyone who wears a Rolex deserves to be mugged because "the outcome seemed inevitable". I find that statement unworthy of someone with even the most limited education offered to ALL British citizens, regardless of colour or creed.
