916 Advise Needed

  1. hi guys
    looking to buy something (not to ride but to look at)

    choice :
    916 senna 1,2 or 3
    916 sp3
    996 sps
    998 fe
    998 bayliss (this one is most expensive of the ones i looked at,so prob not)
    999r
    what do we think will be the most sound investment ? once again, this will not be ridden more the once a month to keep it going if at all

  3. flash fvker... lol, only joking mate.. shame to see a beautiful bike not being ridden but its also nice to see em preserved and all the bikes youve listed are (to me at least) works of art. as for the most sound investment i would have no idea other than buy the best example at the cheapest price poss but then we all try to do that.. 748r because its not on your list and should be :D

    Investment wise the sp3 or fe.

  9. 916sp3 is my favourite for the mo. not sure on 748r, to be honest. and was senna just a standard strada just pained or was it painted sp? anyone knows?

  10. also, once my new purchase will happen i will have my 996b for sale, mint as new, very low mileage. price on it will be decided after i will be raped on the new bike purchase ( and i know i will be), so if anyone want one let me know

  15. If I was going for a 916 shape for best investment I would go 1994 Strada, 1995 SP or 998R :Happy:

  16. Personally I only buy bikes to use but, that said I would think that of all the 916 series bikes an original 916 Strada would be the purist's choice...
