  7. My new HJC Ben Spies 'Austin' helmet arrived today, got it cheap from LidsDirect.

    I already have a Spies 'Monster' lid, which is such a great helmet I thought I'd get another one, but fancied a bit more colour...

  18. I saw an advert in my local newspaper today.

    ACCOUNTANT NEEDED!
    £35,000 - £40,000

    So I phoned them up and said, "The answer is minus £5,000."

  19. Three hours ago I checked on what the weather was meant to be doing tomorrow so I could plan my journey from Wilkes-Barre in PA to JFK.

    Well the forecasts were saying that the winter storms were heading back to Pennsylvania and NY and were forecast to dump 12" of snow overnight. So I checked out of my hotel, rang one near JFK and drove three hours to get here this evening, so I was close to the airport at least.

    As I pulled off the interstate near the hotel it started to snow. It's proper dumping now!

    Hope the plane can take off tomorrow :eek:

  20. I'm finally seeing a break in the snow and cold later the week. 50's!!!!!!! Be safe and warm while traveling. Heard it's head ed d east up the coastline...
