Is that Newgale beach? I know it well - my in-laws live in Narberth and have a static caravan on the coast in St Davids

How was your run out Sunday.miss my bike but soon be on it again r u staying down here for a few days .wouldn't want to be out today .
Gradually starting to see a bit more of the area.came along the coast road from llanelli through bury port pembrey and back to carmarthen today.was only in my mates car,but looks promising for when i fetch the bike over.they do seem a bit obsessed with speed cameras over here though .
A nice run is from Swansea, to Llandovery (via Gorslas and Ffairfach), then up to Sennybridge, do the Builth loop (Beulah, Llanwrtyd Wells) back to Llandovery! Let me know when you're going for a run (as long as it's dry and sunny!).
Will do mate.bikes in devon still,gets shipped of to Spain this weekend .but when its back will be fetching it over.hopefully catch some late summer weather .will be in touch .
