Just Back From Buying A New 899

  1. What have I done?
    Is this the start of a long term nightmare?

    Should I have gone for the Blade or S1000RR?

    Eek.

    My journey starts here.. exciting stuff.. :)

    The 899 superb machine, hope you enjoy your new toy.

    Ducatis can be mind-bendingly annoying when they want to be - but when they're working right they are the bast thing on wheels, and that more than makes up for the occasional annoyance ( in my opinion... ).
    Blade - far too "Honda"...
    BMW - far too "German"...

    Italian is best !

  6. Welcome. The 899 is the best bike in the universe; UNLESS, you`re an old fart with back probs, loose teeth, crap reflexes etc, in which case you probably need an ST3.
