  7. Just watched it on the BBC iPlayer, after being at Cadwell today and spending what felt like a lifetime getting out of the car park. Oh yes and well done Mr. Lowes!

  9. Olympic golds, Wiggins Tour de France, Cal on a GP podium - the world has gone mad. Thank God the South Africans beat us at the cricket - we were in danger of losing all sense of our true identity.
