  4. Well the bikes back on the road and having new shoes and pads first thing on Saturday morning. Hopefully I'll be back out at box on Sunday. Although I'm working over at Cowfold tomorrow so think I'll ride over as I don't need any tools there

  11. Still got the 750ss so I'll be out on that. Also got a ZX9R project on the go but that's been fighting me for months. I think that still a long way off.

  12. Friday is going to be lovely weather, so I plan to be out for a jolly!
    A coastal run with fish & chips sounds good to me.

    Mind you I have half day Wednesday Smart meter being fitted,
    Half day Thursday seeing John and having my suspension done.
    And off all day Friday week having evo dynoed at Moto Rapido :)

  17. You can only have them fitted if you have both electric and gas through same supplier at the moment.
    A smart meter measures your consumption and sends the meter reads off everyday back to your supplier for gas and electric so no more estimated bills :)

  18. Wrong...... First utility fitted our smart meter, but then Siemens turned up the other day, I asked why and they said as they now have had such a large intake and are no longer a small fish they have to abide by Offwat, which means having meters manually read !?!!

    not wrong mate, all the shippers are refusing to fit smart meters unless the bill payer has both electric and gas with them as they are saying they cant get the smart meter (gas) to communicate with the electric meter as it is by another supplier and is still only a dumb meter.

    Just waiting for mine when they turn up
    I read my meters monthly and get nectar points 100 for gas 100 for electric
