Cartagena day 3 and what a difference a day makes. Hell of a storm last night but wall to wall sunshine all day today. Got my chance of 1 to 1 tuition with Niall McKenzie throughout the day. Can't say enough things positive about the bloke. Patient, understanding and stretching. Last two sessions of the day I was absolutely buzzing. Ache like buggery now so god alone knows how I'm going to feel in the morning. Definitely a dear diary day today and still one more to go. Paella and beer and now time for bed. Andy
