wasn't going to say as probably doesn't help but am also going to Dentist tomorrow but am looking forward to it
I wasn't overly keen on the dentist - let's face it, who is? But since the root canal treatment (on two teeth, caused by cracking them from biting too hard), I'm all in favour of the guy. Anyone who can make that pain go away gets my vote. I'm really not bothered about the dentist any more.
Dentists always have (copies i imagine) of Lowry pictures on the wall or ceiling to distract you. My old dentist in Croydon used to have a big picture of his ocean going yacht on the wall - that was enough to distract you as you sat there thinking of the upcoming bill, and reflecting on your career choices....
how did you know Char was short for Kenneth? it's a bloke this time, repairs are much overdue so glad to get the work started. : )
My dental hygienist is absolutely gorgeous. About 30-32yo, with a cracking figure too. And under normal circumstances she could do whatever she wants with me. However when she starts the cleaning and other stuff dental hygienists do, it hurts and then I could quite happily punch her in the fanny!
Heh. I remember the lovely young optician lady who performed my last eye test. At the end of it I asked her whether blood pressure was a factor during the sight test. She said yes and asked me why I asked. I replied, "Because you are gorgeous!" and walked out. I turned back to look one last time and she was smiling and blushing. That's harassment, that is! I was lucky to get away with it but I don't care, she was lovely.
