Thanks Nick! I sat and studied whats going on with the ecu and why the fuel pressure was not triggering the relays etc. In the end i changed the complete loom of a st4 i forgot i had, It started first stab on the button. Just need to again rebuild it with the loom fitted as it should be. Thanks for all the advice from Mr R and Steve B on problems and questions on the way............. But what i'm really happy about is the ST2 crank was NOT a problem with balance and i now have a very strong 944cc 4v engine
Good effort Imola Just need Mr R to give me his old 851!!!! Got some conkers and marbles will see if he will do a swap
Ran it up this evening untill it was hot to give it a good looking over... flippin oil leak! BUT looking at the oil stream it starts from a rocker inspection cover so... fingers crossed. Other than that i gave it a good fist full and it sounds bloody brilliant! well happy! MOT next week!

I thinking of making my own carbon clock bazel like the corse race bikes, where did you get the carbon kit to make your battery box from Pablo ?
Sleep mode  Never heard of someone boring a computer to sleep!!! Is he alright? Will give him a shout when I get a mo, bit snowers at the min. Got the carbon kit from these guys, quick delivery and very helpful. Carbon Fibre Supplies, Carbon Fiber Sheet and High Performance Carbon Fibre Products - Carbon Mods I'm currently destroying an ST3 airbox ready to have a go at making one in carbon.
Hi Pablo I want something like this but not sure how to go about it tbh ? I have seen sheets of carbon for sale at 2mm etc thick.
Imola just get your self a sheet and cut as required, it's easy stuff to work with when in sheet form. Watch out for the some off cuts on flea bay as they are cover in spider web marks/cracks. You should be able to get a sheet fairly cheap, cheaper than the kit.
So granddads lappy was in sleep'mode  thats realy made l laff this morning no takin the piss eh chaps l may be having some carbon coming my way a largish sheet regards Steve
