Peugeot Partner Gearbox

  1. need a gearbox for my lil 1.4 petrol partner... anyone on here clued in to where i might find a reco one for cheap!!!??? found one outfit which coincidentally is near where i am working in brighton... £400.00 plus vat but i know some of yas are in the game so help a brother out!

  3. dif bearings i think.. aint the clutch or thrust bearing as i hoped

  4. pop it in for repair, will be cheaper than a dodgy replacement.

  7. i know... its second hands for 2-300 or 400+ for a reco with a 12 month guarantee but my mate who is helping me is a mechanic an has 3 "guaranteed" boxes give out in the last 6 months... boxes replaced but not labor... wadayagunnado?

  9. dude jimmy is the the most honest cheapest mechanic ive ever met and a fuckn diamond to boot.. i have to thro money through his window as he is driving off coz he wont charge me right

  11. i dont doubt it mate. seems daft in a city the size of london you cant get a gear box repair.

    She's gone out to see a band with her mates, left my 7 year old daughter in charge but she's gone to sleeps now :D
