  5. Ive been working all weekend, bloody typical, finaly got the bike sorted, peeing down with rain when im off and now the weather is decent I cant make it, the really annoying thing is im only ten mins from BH !!!:Grumpy:

Sorry Chris did not spot your message - I managed to get a set from some other guys and got a temp fix sorted, only the second time out on the 899 and the bolt for the gear linkage worked loose and came out - frigging faff indeed, now need to check that all of the other bolts/fixings etc are not a problem.

    Thanks for the response, will catch up with you next time

  18. Thanks for your assistance buddy, yes got back ok - although spent most of the time looking down and checking that the bolt was still in place. Worked out that it needed a bolt rather than a allen head screw - that way it is possible to tighten up with adjustable wrench rather than have to take clutch hydraulics off :Banghead:
