  6. My bike delivery has been deleyd because dealer got the bike from importer just yesterday and service that makes bike ready is busy. I will get mine 16th of April. Well I have been having fun with my old bike. It just had 35tkm on its clock and running like a new one. Makes me smile everytime I ride it. By the way I saw only one Duce Monster 1200 in Manchester visit last week. Where are you?

  7. You guys are so lucky my dealer still can't even tell me how much $ or when i will see my new 1200s and i put down a deposit back in December

  10. What is a Ducati 'Gent' - is it a special edition, maybe to replace the 'Pikes Peak'?

  12. LOL (Gent is a city). Hopefully no problems this week with the registrationpapers so I can have my bike next friday or saturday. Testride with demo-bike was superb !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. I knew that ha! I've rode through Gent quite a few times. I was going to say as much but thought if I did I would get the QI siren if I did! Anyway, clever clogs me says good luck with the new bike and looking forward to some kinda report.

    Extras what i did order
    Touring pack,Urban pack,Enduro pack,Sport pack, alarm, top case liner, side case liners.
    Mayby later add some more carbon parts.

  17. I think the importer into Australia does not want to release the price until it has move all its old stock of 2014 but my bike should be here sometime in May i have been told.

  19. I have a mate in NZ and he tells me about the ridiculous import duty and markups in that part of the world. It can be cheaper to buy it ripoff Britain and ship it across!

  20. The tax man will get you anyway, to import a bike into Australia you have to have owned it for a year before you can import it as a used bike , by the time you ship it pay the tax etc. you don't save much
