  15. Visited REDMAX for a chat REDMAX ONLINE STORE . Really good new location although a 2 hr trawl for me instead of the 25 minutes it was last year.

  18. Picked up a bargain, 6 month old push iron for road training. I far prefer mountain biking but there are loads of road loops around here and it makes sense to build up my leg strength and fitness on the roads so I can enjoy the off road stuff more.

  19. After a mini heat-wave, it was back to being cold today.

    First thing tomorrow, I'm going out to the garden to burn a load of old tyres and aerosol cans, and see if I can get global warming kick-started again.

  20. good idea. fresh snow on the hills and hail here. brr.
    also out on the pushbike today just 4miles. daughters never shown any interest in cycling before. she sust it yesterday now cant get her off it.
