  1. Lorenzo just did a 1:38.953 on the 21 type front tyre :upyeah:

Rossi is over 2 secs off the pace and heading for a p45 at this rate!

  2. They need to get rid while they can IMO , stop chasing design changes for a bloke who clearly isn't up for the task or interested in it anymore

I reckon they should try and sign that Stoner bloke, I reckon he'd be ok on it :)

  3. Get Scott Redding on it!

  4. I must admit I'm beginning to wonder.......

  5. A bad season this year could see him gone I reckon. Wether by choice or pushed.

    Matt

  6. Rossi is currently 10th in the 3rd session, about 1.5s off the front and the 3rd Ducati. :-(

  8. Make that 11th, just been beaten by a sat duke!
according to matt oxley.. VR is getting despondent!

Lorenzo is in a class of his own.
Well all the yamaha's are on the tyres which will be used next year, Shame Honda don't want them

  9. VR's just gone fastest!!!!!!!! sandbagging barsteward!

    I wish! Now 9th

    Now 6th

  10. Fastest Ducati then

But look who's just pipping him......

    5 Cal CRUTCHLOW Monster Yamaha Tech 3 1:39.613 +0.118 +0.660 66
    6 Valentino ROSSI Ducati Team. 1:39.733 +0.120 +0.780 69

    Anth

  11. That's better less then a second slower than moaner, of which moaner set the fast time on a soft tyre in the last 10 minutes.
The stats for the 26 lap race most did tells the true picture.
Lorenzo is on it on the worn out tryes, VR posted some pretty good times too over 26 laps.
Looks like VR got a verbal warning :upyeah:

  12. God bless Casey Stoner, he's a master in lulling people in to a false sense of security, the only real threat to another title is Lorenzo so he leaves it all day with him in top spot and then lights it up on his final lap.

Screw rossi, just think how bad Lorenzo must feel now :)

  13. your on the wrong forum mate you need to go to the honda one! maybe they will read you post ? ducati forum your on at the moment!!!

  14. Im on the Honda forum mate, they dont read the posts either so ill keep banging on about Stoner until somebodys does :)

Besides, we're talking MotoGP here, Not specifically ducati, and if we actually boil it down Stoner did way more for Ducati than MR VR fancy pants has in his first year and dare i say even in his 2nd (or last depending how you look at it).... unless you call bringing the flock of the yellow brigade over to Ducati a success ;)

OH THE FUN AND FROLICKS :)

where derek when you need him

  15. I'd just like to add to this thread --> Hahahahahahahaha

Steve, if Casey can make the soft tyres work why shouldn't he use them? He did race distance on them on Day 1 and only got quicker...his 10 lap pace today was quicker than anyone else could get near. Keep clutching at those straws mate, I can see what you've got in common with Vale

In all seriousness I think it was actually pretty positive in the end for Ducati. It's still a big gap but there's more to be found and they're heading in the right direction with setup. I honestly can't see Vale winning a race on the Ducati though and he'll need a few fallers to podium - especially with the way the Tech 3 boys are going. This could well be the last year we see the mighty Vale/Burgess combo at work. Cal will podium this year and if he can stay on the freakin' thing and get some consistency he'll beat Dovi. Oooh, there, I said it!
