It's a beautiful sunny day here Off for coffee and birthday lunch with a friend ( not my birthday) then back to clean mini after journey to London It's covered in black spots and dust :Banghead: Then windows need a clean and the kids are back from holiday this evening
that could have been so much worse! glad you spotted it in time. hopefully just the oil cooler line seal or some other easy fix.
Been putting into practice what i learnt at my trackday , Knee down fun on roundabout seem to struggle with right hand bends but just need to practice
A good day today. After a very long spell of physical and mental problems I have a bit of the old 'oomph' today.I have wheeled the MH out on to the drive and am slowly giving it a polish.I won't be able to do it in one go,but I am so pleased to be 'playing motorbikes' as Mrs Mervyn would say.i have been reprimanded though for referring to the bike as a 'She' so I will have to be careful if I want to stay on the right side of her.Mrs Mervyn that is,not the bike?
@mervyn - I wondered where you'd been! Glad to see you're back!! Say hi to the current Mrs Merv and the future Mrs ET for me too
Sun on the back, polishing the bike, chatting with neighbours over a cup of tea, wife get a bit chopsy-sounding better Mervyn!
I practiced some bass and then lugged my old tired hulk down to Ducati Aylsebury. One contact lens fell out on the way down, my hair fell into the other eye and my concentration was gone. Rode very slowly after that. Arrived, parked in the one available space (under a bush), walked passed a Desmosedici, saw a Superlegera and then rode home. No sign of McGuiness. Not unhappy but the ride and event could have been more positive!
Page 999 missed page 998 doing the airport run to Manchester. Peace and quiet in the house for a couple of months!
