  2. Just the usual combination of 5.5k run and floor repetitions. Was in the pool yesterday, Sunday will be a 7am swim followed by 5.5k run and the standard sit up / press up / leg raise combo.



    Apparently its good for you.......

  7. Cold. Wet.
    What do you do to cheer yourself up when it's cold and wet? Cook.

    So, a large quantity of tomato sauce made with the garden tomatoes, basil, chilies and oregano - all to be frozen for future pizzas.
    Also a redcurrant tart - excellent.

    Feel quite a lot more cheerful now.

  10. Finally found somewhere to live.with a garage so somewhere to keep me occupied with the bike.looking forward to moving in next weekend .

    Picked up the new range rover last night. Love it. Feels a little soulless compared to the old guy, but very nice :)

  12. Well I was up at 3.10am this morning to take my cousin, his wife and two kids to the airport. Got back at 5.30m and now lazing in bed after having an interrupted nights sleep with majorly wierd dreams :-/

  14. Bit of a hangover this morning:frown: And much to do; clean the Triumph, wash clothes, clean the house, shopping, etc, etc. So I've decided to live in filth and ride a dirty bike:biggrin:

  15. Damn weather, I was hoping to take Nicky out for a little trip this morning and it's bloody wet! Just pray tomorrow is dry as due to take the bike down to Nog for service and then on to Hedingham to do some archery with the classic Porshe owners!
