Took a pleasant amble down to Crail harbour in the sunshine today. Small shack, tank outside full of water-peered in, lobsters aplenty. One friendly fellow swam over and for a look at me, a wave with his pincers and smiled at me- lovely chap. Big mistake, big, huge, huge mistake. Flatbread in oven, Peroni chilled, freshly cooked lobster for tea-wonder what his name was. Felt in need of some exercise this aft, ambled over the the West sands for a jog, with the chaps. Refreshing. Cold showers after.
