    Got acute laryngitis and have to rest my voice and take care of myself properly
    Off work for a week now :(

  14. Did my first Zumba class for a while. I'm sure I'll feel the benefit but just not tomorrow morning. Carole is a lot better and no ill effects after the fire engine pull. Andy
