  1. Hi to all, joined up to be part of the family as in the process of buying a new DVT mutley. My dealer is having trouble though sourcing me a bike as it would seem a few dealers have over ordered and are hoarding units they've not sold yet, which means some of us in other areas around the country can't get a bike for 3 months or so

    My family are from there.....Jennings is the family name (amongst others)....Nice to see a Sarnia man on here.
    St. Martins was the parish...my favourite pub...the Thomas De La Rue or St. Saviours when I was a kid as they have a bar billiards machine (not there any more).

    Lovely part of the world.
    Keep you Ducati covered in AFC50...those salt winds hit the coast roads.

  12. well there's a thing. Knew a Jennings family but they lived in Alderney which is where I came from. Been in guernsey since the back end of 88. Live in St Martins myself, just up the road from the Belle Luce Hotel. Del la Rue still open but as you say St Saviours Tavern now a smart house. Btw ducks don't rust do they, not these days anyway

  16. Fingers crossed as planning to pick up mutley this Saturday. Dealer says its booked into workshop Thursday to be pdi'd etc. I hope all goes well as booked my boat to go over as the weather supposed to great, although you wouldn't think so when you look outside this morning.
