  2. Spoke to On Yer Bike and they have had 1 more arrive this week.
I know it's not their fault. They are just the middlemen so to speak.
Still no sign. I don't hold much hope that they will get the 12 they say they are expecting in May!!!
It's not their fault either. I have a trip and need enough time to run it in and serviced and I don't wanna try doing it in 1 week!
I was a bit miffed when I said I might have to pull out the reply was 'Well do what you feel you need. We'll just sell it to someone else!'
Great way to make me feel my business is wanted!!

  3. Phunky, if that's their attitude tell them to stick it up their arse and take your business elsewhere.

  4. I saw the first one I scene on the road today. Was parked up on the green in Battle, East Sussex. Didn't get close enough to see if it was an S or not. Looked nice though. Was loaded with boxes too so assume it's out for the weekend.

  5. You are a wag, the dent was caused by Rossi and he has promised to sign it, honest, I cannot tell a lie.

  6. I don't mean to be a moaner. I just hate this 'It'll get here when it gets here'

    Soooo frustrating.

  7. Lets hope that Ducati aren't cutting corners rushing to get these bikes put together to for fill orders as fast as they can, they say that's what happened to BMW's GS.

  8. Collected the new DVT today, and came home via Box Hill. Done about 90 miles so far, so another 500 miles to do by Monday in time for the 600 mile service. Love the engine, love the suspension, love the electronics, love the brakes, love nearly everything actually. The top box and the fuel filler cap are interchangeable with the 2010-14 Multi, but the panniers are totally different. The instrument panel is superb, except that it is shiny (instead of matte) and reflects the sun. Bodywork is noticeably better designed.

  9. Ha ha
You trying to rub it in?!!!

  10. Mine arrived yesterday but dealer workshop heavily booked up with all these new bikes coming in. Arranged for collection next saturday.

  11. What did you have to do to get the top box to fit, can you just buy a DVT rack

  12. In theory yes. But they are not on sale yet. Not OEM from Ducati nor Givi.

  13. I thought the urban came with a top box

  14. Yes it does.

  15. Pop up see me tomorrow pete, nice ride over the cotswolds should help

  16. Did you have a choice with the colour for the top box and panniers?

  17. The DVT luggage comes in only that silver colour.

  18. Pity, can't say I'm impressed! Looks like I'll have to get them painted to match the bike........not like the Italians to get the styling wrong!!:(

  19. Or if the black plastic on the tank was silver it would have looked OK, rather than an afterthought.

  20. You're right. The design also looks less integrated. I suspect it's to cut cost.

Or make more money. Watch colour matched panels coming on as assessories! U can already get that for the top boxs
