It ain't news it's a disaster. Good thing is unless it has well moved on I should be fine for the summer before I have a case.
Lucaz! I warned you. Didn't I warn you? Don't worry, I shan't tell a soul about this. @ET, please delete this thread
Bad news Luca, hope it's not of the ban variety, although your comment about disaster would seem to imply such - fingers crossed. :Arghh:
Yeah he'll be ok, he was only doing 90 in 30 limit.:Nailbiting: He is going back to Poland for the next year or so and when he comes back we shall know him by Ivan donner runner.
Shut up and do my brackets, the only difference now is you will have to bring them down to me as I will be banned from picking them up.
Were you stopped or flashed, Luca? If stopped by a real-life flesh-and-blood copper, the 14-day NIP deadline doesn't apply. If flashed, fingers crossed for you
Stopped and apparently 14-16 day NIP does apply as in they need to inform you of indented prosecution or something. Then they have 6 months to do it.
BTW I am thinking evil now, what if I swapped my licence back for Polish one before the hearing..................
The police officer would have given you a verbal NIP, as long as he cautioned you ("You have the right to remain silent, etc") at the time. Then a six-month wait to hear when your court date is. They often wait five and a half months to send you the court date. Sorry, Luca
