My custom 1 off Galfer rotors are finally finished, they will be shipped out to me tomorrow but here they are, I have waited for 1 year & 7 months for them but now they are...ALL DONE!!! The full set with pads... The fronts... The full floating rear... I am stoked & I can't wait to get them on the bike!
We are not doing a lot this morning.Just laying on sofas reading the papers and watching the comings and goings on the river below.Had a meet up last night with my daughter and her partner.We went to the Hawksmoor Guildhall restaurant and had the best steak ever.
Really struggling in Barcelona. Azure blue skys without a cloud, 25C with a gentle cooling breeze and some of the best cold tapas available with the coldest Estrella in town. You could get so used to this . Andy

Just become another Metro statistic, got my pocket picked on the escalator on the way out. Typical distraction, bloke gabbling at us in a language we didn't understand and just felt my trousers being touched. Dumb arse got away with a crappy case I kept my magnetic sunglasses for my specs in, that I was wearing at the time. Lucky not to lose anything valuable but annoyed just the same. We've been coming to Barcelona for nearly 10 years and this is the first time it"s happened. You always hear about it happening to someone else and to be fair, I don"t think Barcelona is any different to any major European tourist city. Won't stop me coming, just makes me more disciplined. Dererrr...I was running late and driving a 150Bhp mini van.... (SWMBO...ride)!! Red route parking fine...stopped to get out to look at the sign...."no stopping 8am to 10am"...at 8.02am!!!! It is a good idea that I do not carry a gun! Accidentally stole the gardeners Dust sheets....they put them next to our rubbish box!....today we had 3 identical dust sheets on the job.... Got back to base, licked my wounds to find the front wheel flat.....screw in tyre! NOW off to PUB....I'll be back tomorrow!
Well, finally agreed the spec on my super duper cables. Prototype will be ready hopefully next week and first batch for 749 / 999's in 2 weeks if all goes to plan. Hopefully it will be quicker than the quote time anyway as it seems to have taken forever! Still, they wouldn't normally do such bespoke orders and are even getting a different cable in for me and modifying their terminals too which is fab! Must have been an omen that the guy I'm dealing with is called Paul Smart :Wideyed: When I get time I'll list a taster of the specs on the Cable Thread
