  2. Lifted my bike 5 metres up in the air to get it into the bike shop at work. Done this about 10 times and still shit myself every time!

  5. Did an open pitlane track day at three Sisters circuit on my NC30.
    not the smartest thing to do after a late night drinking. Really struggled after a few laps. Thought I was going to pass out, had to pull into the pit lane. Tried going out again after a break, but never got really going, the more I pushed the worse I felt. Things started to be all a blur. So called it a day and watched the moto gp. Still feeling rough now.

  7. Just got in after a late spin on my new Speed Triple. had to get the first 100 miles under the belt so now I can rev her to 5000 rpm. 80 in top ;)
    Sitting with a cuppa whilst she's gone to bed with the hump !
    Miserable cow :)

    Today I informed my boss by text that I won't be able to be involved in this week's equipment roll-out, due to my back issue. Let the fun commence!
    I can barely dress myself at present, I'm not plumbing in two dozen PCs and 160+ monitors.

  14. And I've just found out that the radio presenter that interviewed me was one half of Los Alanos from Phoenix Nights. I thought I recognised his face but I wasn't sure why :D

  15. Started work at 4:30 this morning, 8 hrs hard graft and back at home looking after the kids. Nice bowl of spaghetti for them to look forward to. Then another hour needed to scrape all the sauce from the walls after they stop fighting. :(

  16. Just got in from a little meet up with a few mates. Went on my all weather Multistrada in the wind and rain.
    Well I thought best not open the garage and wake the miserable one up so left it outside. Thought I best set the alarm and yes I set the alarm off ! Thought bollox I may aswell open the garage door now. Thought I would just post this before I venture into bed. Wonder if I will wake up bruised tomorrow ? :)
