Got a call from my dealer on Wednesday. He says my 1200s is on the boat and I should have it within the next two weeks, HOORAY !!!!!! Can't bloody wait
Rofl !!! It's been along time waiting for it, ordered mine on 31st jan. some peeps seem to have got theirs after I ordered mine, don't know how it all works must be a dealer thingy Keep your chin up they are common thick and fast now I think.
Just this minute had a call from my dealer my bike has just arrived and I can pick it up next week. YIPPEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I got the call from my Dealer St Neots M/C's today to say my 1200s is in. That's exactly 6 months to the day I put my deposit down!! Well I wonder how many cappuccinos have been drank in that time! So hopefully early next week I will be the proud owner To say I can't wait would be an understatement!
Just been told mine will be ready for collection on Sat 13th June......happy days... 3 weeks from deposit to delivery, it was a cancelled order though
I know where there is 2 standard versions. (Not S) one has the tour kit My ordered S that was supposed to be available in July is now September Dealer was trying to get me to take one of these.
I got a white S with touring n enduro packs, topbox n handsfree fuel cap altho he did say the hf cap wont be fitted as Ducati are modifying it after problems. Bike is from On Yer Bike, could have had a red one which was in the showroom but like the white one Already started buying the extras for it
Finally it's here. I picked it up on Thursday, I did 150 miles up to Haws and back, but today and tomorrow weather permitting i intend to have it ready for the first service which is booked in for next Friday. The next big trip we are off to Spain in August, Pyrenees and pico mountains 2 weeks of pure riding pleasure on my bonny new multi. For all those still waiting for their bikes, and are sick of waiting and maybe thinking of other alternatives, hold out, be patient Because trust me it's well worth the wait. Happy days............
+1 Well worth the wait, got mine yesterday, totally different bike than previous model, absolutely superb.
Well I picked my bike up today and boy was it great while it lasted It appears to be running on one cylinder so I'll be calling the dealer to collect it. So no bike for god knows when.
