  3. *UPDATE*
    Seems somebody was listening, last night cars were gone so I thought he'd been spooked into shifting them on, a good result, however this morning when I went out with the dog they are back but they have a new accessory in the shape of a big yellow DVLA clamp, and it wasn't me who dobbed him in so a great result

  5. You can check insurance at wwww.askmid.com - if it's uninsured report it to the police on 101 next time it goes out.
