Bike Finally Getting Sorted

  1. Finally got my bike to the dealer for service MOT and hopefully get it running again. hope this weather holds out.

  2. what was wrong with it ?
     
  3. Just turns turns over for 15 seconds but won't actually start. Not used it since last September. Tried a new relay sensor, plugs seem ok petrol smells ok, never had a problem with it in the 7 years I've had it.
     
  4. Well good news I'm getting my bike back tomorrow thanks to Ducati Leeds. A faulty fuel sensor to blame. So now fully serviced and MOTd and rearing to go ;)

  10. Yes a faulty fuel sensor, replaced with a new one. Picked bike up this afternoon, it was good to be out on it again :)

  15. It was a small black plastic block that's all i can say really. Im not too far from Holmfirth.

  17. If it was a relay and you've been charged more than a very few quid for it, you've been had.
    Did they give you an itemised bill??
     
  18. priced the very same relays for a grandipunto yesterday 17plus the vat each from fiat. a fraction at your local factor.

  19. Sorry guys should have said fuel sensor relay £3.26+VAT so not too bad priced.
