899 Who Has The Highest Milage ???

  1. Was just thinking..

    Who has the highest mileage on an 899 ??

    How many miles has your bike done?

    Any major problems with it and if so, what??

    I have done almost 5,000 miles on mine since buying it last September.

  2. 3500 on mine since last summer but Ive got another 1000 miles on the Scrambler since April this year.

  3. Just under 4K So far and have a second bike I use along with the car for most work commutes

    hope to get some more time on the pani this year ( Smacks head ) its already 7 months in this year will be winter and Xmas before we know it

  5. About 6 months ago I saw an 1199 (well it's a bit like a 899 - just better!;)) for sale with 30k on the clock. They must have lived on it. Not sure I'd entertain it as it will have been out in all weathers and would most likely be crumbling somewhere.

    About 6 months ago I saw an 1199 (well it's a bit like a 899 - JUST NOT AS GOOD!;)) for sale with 30k on the clock.............

  14. Anyway as I was saying before I unintentionally insulted Bunglebubs with my comments for which I'll get the missus to give me 50 lashes in public for when she gets home. I saw an 1199 with 30k on the clock............if anyone's still awake!

Bloody hell, you actually ride them,thought they were for putting in the garage and looking at,I read some where Italian bikes have crap electrics and are purchased by people with to much money :upyeah:.3500 on mine and about the same on the multi,only minor issues on the multi and a oil leak on the 899.
