I have no answers for you yet but I will post any likely (or wildly unlikely) solutions that come up regarding the 5DM coin. And in other news, I got my new PCIII for my 999S working (at the second ham-fisted attempt). Cannot wait to save up some cash for a bit of custom mapping Elise - make yourself useful and research what kind of explosive I need in order to dislodge the stick coil connector on my 999. It's stuck like it's welded there. There's a good lad
Just take the whole stick out without unplugging it - then either put it back as is, or wiggle it about when it's in your hand - BUT GENTLEY :Wideyed:
Like I normally do then? Left or right hand, do you suggest? Oh. Sorry. The stick coil. Thanks for the suggestion, I was thinking you were trying to teach grandma how to suck eggs!
I've just joined a dating site after seeing a pop up saying 'Meet Lots Of Women In Your Area For Sex Tonight' The next stage of the application said 'Please Choose: 18-25, 26-33, 34-42, 43-49, Over 50' I've gone for 43-49 women. Over 50 is just being greedy.
My day has consisted of sitting around waiting for this evening to collect the new DVT, dealer's been on the phone and she's ready and waiting....Happy days..looking forward to the ride home in the sunshine.......
Not as much as I miss the 848 I bet? Good John thanks, weather has curtailed a lot of riding but managed a few runs, mostly, up to the cottage. The stalling issue is still apparent which is driving me(and my mechanic) a bit mental but thoroughly enjoying it. Looking forward to a trip to Europe in September. You got that suspension sorted out yet?
Fitted an Ohlins ttx but the spring was too stiff for my weight, so now have a softer spring and still fiddling trying to get it set up correctly- long story. Re stalling issues, take a look at this, especially post #6 Why is my 749 Stalling?! Hope the Europe trip goes well.
wasted 5hrs trying to make a cheaper (£50 cheeper) window regulator supplied by the customer fit an A3 quatro it dont and wont. by the time its built up so the car can be used it will be nearer 7. looking forward to telling the tight wad its gonna cost 280+vat for f.all. should be an interesting conversation.
I took quite a quick route through Switzerland as I was not going to overnight in Grenoble but went straight to Cannes and despite my heart saying "do it do it do it" my head said "it's going to be 10 hours in the saddle any way, you'll be crippled if you go mad in the mountains" Next time though..... And I'll make sure I hit Switzerland on a day you're home.
Finished my home lighting project, the bedroom lights can now be dimmed, as well as turned on and off by remote control.
I have a battery-operated remote control for turning off my lights. Throw batteries, smash the bulbs, lights go out, job's a good'un
