right 1999 models seem to be a mix of what was left over in the factory ie some carby model parts and some injection parts mixed together to make up the bikes officially carby made upto 1999 ie from 2000 1999 doesn't exist lol my 750 ie is a 1999 think there might be differences depending on what swingarm is fitted al arquebus is knowledgable on the shocks put up a post in ss section might get more info
All shocks on injection models interchangable/same spec. Showa. 2003 final year of 900 got ohlins. 750/900 sport/dark had sachs unit. Carb bikes had slightly shorter shock (10mm?).
