getting a Bi P for my 749s next week as Che fancies coming out with me,, thing is i am not sure just how comfortable the seat will be for her,, does anyone take their GF / partner / wifey thingy out on their 749 and how do they like it / opinions etc..
Put it this way - with a 749/999 Bip, if your passenger loves going out with you ... it's because they love you. True story
As Loz says it won't be out of enjoyment. She will sit above you catching all the wind which she will brace against only to be thrown into your back/helmet when you decelerate, brake etc. You will also need to keep your gear changes as smooth as silk and don't expect to go very far. Enjoy.
She's be fine with the wind sitting behind you, she's only ikle yer big brute . She won't take long to cook either

I put one of those grippy seat covers on my 999 'pillion seat', it helps but it aint much fun for me or her.
Been europe etc 2 up on 999 no problem, 3-400 mpd easy. Find them really comfortable, she do too and we're getting on a bit.
In the right attire and the right position she won't be sitting as comfy as she is now. Last time i was on the back of one of these it was killer on the wrists as well from the rapid deceleration and pushing off onto the gas tank.
well had Cher out for her first 749 pillion experience,, about 30 mins of town and open road riding,,, assures me she enjoyed it and was neither cold nor scared !!!
