Does Anyone Know Richard Bearryman

  1. Long shot but worth a try..

    Does anyone know a Ducati owner in Hereford called Richard Bearryman? I have sold him a standard Panigale exhaust via ebay and shipped next day with UPS. They have had 2 failed deliveries and will try once more tomorrow before shipping back.
    So if you are or know Richard please get him to read his eBay messages.

  5. UPS are a pain in the arse. They only deliver during normal working hours and the depot can be miles away, so making pick up nightmare. Their website is overly complicated for customers receiving parcels and the two attempts and return has bitten me many a time when I have been working away.

  6. He's a regular ebay user and most sellers use couriers so do as I do and have deliveries come to work or if thats not possible taken to an address where someone will pretty much always be in.
    He's ordered it and I shipped as promised on a next day sent tracking etc and a message!

    Maybe he's died

  7. Or...god forbid...maybe he has a work and home life and is away or busy? Dont they hold onto it at the depot for a week like every other company in the world?

  10. I'm having to use UPS for my California Cycleworks imports and fuck me they are a pain in the ass :Rage::Rage::Rage::Rage::Rage:
