  2. It's roasting in this shop. No aircon either. I think it's at least 36° outside - it's like an oven. I'll be in the pool in 3 hours time - if I don't expire first.

  3. Working on a building site isn't fun in this weather specially when you have to clear the snap cabin out before snap.

  4. Just home Chris 4 fecking hrs from Nuneaton what a joke, now feel the need to get out on the bike so its late night at Bury and that is where I am heading :)

  5. Today I rode from Vienna to Oswiecim (Auschwitz). Set off at 7.30am hoping it would be cooler, but actually it was scorching hot. I have just bought some cold drinks in the Auschwitz branch of Lidl.

  8. Got up at 4.20am and was out of the house at 5am to ride to Ducati Manchester to meet with the first bunch of people that were riding up to Scotland for the weekend.

    First stop was Accrington to meet more peopl, and then to Devils Bridge to meet the final bunch, making 55 Ducati riders in total!

    After a mainly cloudy day and some excellent roads with just the final hour in a down pour we all arrived at our hotel near Loch Lomond, and no real incidents to speak of.

    Long may it continue :)

    Ps and it seems johnv saw a bunch of us filling up at Penrith too. :)

( imo,, tomo,, weather dictating,, take a trip down the outside of the Mull and back up the inside, then see what the weather is doing, over trossacks loch earn etc can be very rewarding , if not q so splendid as Torridon , ( looks like staying south and east is better option for this week end , ) enjoy

  13. booked the 748 in for a service, belts and mot next week.

    will then probably put her up for sale and go on a quest for a mint 2 stroke tzr/lc/ypvs - exciting times
