Wow! I wonder how that would perform on a flow meter? Do your selves a favour just buy a decat exhaust. Less weight, more power and better economy than the over weight lump under your engine that's been cut and hacked at just to get rid of a cat that to be honest doesn't look like it does much at all..
I did similar on my 12, some weight lost and flow increase nothing major but the main benefit was the reduction in the heat sink
A little louder if I remember correctly, nice though not ridiculous or anything. I also had the exh V/v removed
