  1. I have a750ss and a 916 I am going to buy one more
    I don't no whether to buy a
    1099 or a multistrada
    My young fella who is 10 fancies the multistrada More comfort for him , but do you still get that sports bike feeling when on your own. Any advice?

  7. If it were just one bike you had, I'd say the 1098. But as you already have 2 sports bikes, I'd go for the multi; personally.

  9. 1098S would compliment your other bikes better - but main thing is to follow your heart not your head :)

  12. I thnk you have 2 good options whatever you do, you can't lose really as both are great bikes.

  13. I liked the old multi ds to ride and as a pillion
    It was the only bike I could go around corners fast on
    It's a great all rounder but I missed the input I had to give the SS
    As said you have two sports bikes so go for the multi for something a bit different then you have all bases covered :)

    But I never listen to the missus

    That's why I never asked her opinion

    This only started since I went for a ride on the mates V Rod here in Spain, the we lad loved the comfort

  17. 999 :cool:...just as comfy as a multi ( and prettier IMO), and you can sit back and watch it go up in value too :D

    With the multi you and the wee lad can have your male bonding time and... he can be your excuse to go out for the day riding
    Your missus isn't going to argue with that ;)
    You have to weigh up what you can get away with
