  1. I've been lucky enough to win a place on the Performance Bike trackday at Rockingham tomorrow for the second year in a row :) The weather gods are looking reasonable at the moment so fingers crossed. Anyone else here heading over??

  6. Went over to rockingham for the performance bikes trackday whilst out test riding the KTM super duke r , which by the way is mental never felt torque like that before and couldn't stop riding it , but whilst i was there i saw a panigale that had been down :( hope the rider is ok, if from this parish :upyeah: also watched a 2015 R1 riding around people and under people mid bend , proper shifting in the fast group ;)

  7. Got some shall we say 'cracking' vids to stick up later. Just smashed eBay fairings and some lever damage on the bike so I was very fortunate there. Nothing a roll of gaffer tape couldn't fix. Was all going well before that!

  8. There she is! Obviously not proud of dropping my beloved Panigale but damage was minimal and might as well get some entertainment out of it! Reason? apart from the obvious running out of talent, I put it down to poor position on the bike and the standard race settings on the Panigale being too stiff for Rockingham. I'm suffering a bit with a bad back and stiff hips these days so I wasn't opening my hips enough when putting my knee down and ended up a bit uncontrolled and with too much lean angle. Rockingham is bumpy and the Panigale wasn't getting on with it in race mode. After the crash I switched to sport mode for the rest of the day which is something I've never done on track before and things felt a lot better. It took a few sessions to get my nerves back again but it was a good afternoon in the end.

  9. Oh poo :( - could have been worse though :)

  10. Good lad. You're trying, I'll give you that! I'll watch the vids with interest when I get to a decent wifi area.... Which could be a few weeks I'm afraid.

  11. Hey just watched it. Bugger.... Hope you're ok? You seemed spritely enough and back on your feet.... saying fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck inside your lid as you went for the kill switch no doubt.
You looked to be licking along nicely. And yes, Rockingham looks as bumpy as a very bumpy thing.
